This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available. Please schedule an appointment prior to arrival for your pickup.
Free Shipping
We offer free FedEx Freight shipping on Items marked as free shipping in the product description.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping via FedEx and USPS. The product will show shipping options at checkout.
Average handling time
On average, 1-3 business days after payment clears.
Average shipping time
- Pinball machines via FedEx Freight are 2-5 business days on average.
- USPS Priority is an average of 2-4 business days
- FedEx Ground or Home is an average of 2-4 business days.
Shipping Method and Shipping Fee calculation
- FedEx Freight
- Is free if marked as “Free Shipping” in the product description
- Pre-order deposit items not marked “free shipping” will have freight calculated by weight and dimension using the FedEx standard freight calculator. At the time of initial deposit, the buyer will only be making a deposit payment for the Pre-Order game as noted in the description of the product. When game approaches its actual shipping date. The buyer will be sent a payment request invoice (prior to shipping) including balance owed plus the calculated shipping fee as described above. Buyers may request an estimated shipping price prior to a purchase via info@obautoandmarineparts.com.
- Items marked in checkout as “Freight A” is a $100 fixed rate for that item.
- Items marked in checkout as “Freight B” is a $350 fixed rate for that item.
- Items marked in checkout as “Freight C” is a $650 fixed rate for that item.
- Expedited shipping via FedEx Standard Overnight or USPS Priority Express the rates will be calculated in the checkout cart via Stamps.com and you may choose the carrier and respective price before purchasing.
- FedEx Ground and Home can be picked in the checkout cart for non freight items and will be calculated by Stamps.com
- USPS Priority is also available for non freight shipping and rates will be calculated by Stamps.com in the checkout cart.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Once you package is ready for shipment you will receive a tracking number in a confirmation email.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
We do not ship to international addresses.
